Doctoral Hooding Ceremony, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences

The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences Doctoral Hooding Ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 17th from 1:30-3:30 p.m., at Cohen Auditorium. Invitations will be mailed to eligible participants in late April. If you choose to attend, a doctoral hood will be provided to you as a gift from the dean. PhD hoods will be distributed in early May. Academic regalia is required at the ceremony. You may wear your own gown, or the gown of a family member. Academic regalia is not available for rent. Family and friends are invited to a reception in your honor immediately following the ceremony.

Doctoral Hooding Ceremony, School of Engineering

The School of Engineering Doctoral Hooding Ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 17, at 11:30 a.m., in the tent at Bromfield Pearson. If you choose to attend, a doctoral hood will be provided as a gift from the dean, and each doctoral recipient will be hooded by his/her advisor. Academic regalia is required at the ceremony. Family and friends are invited to a light reception in your honor immediately following the ceremony.
